1、 Installation of reference side linear guide rail
Firstly, use the assembly screw edge to roughly fix the bottom reference plane of the linear guide rail to the assembly surface at the bottom of the machine. Then, use a vice to press the side base surface tightly against the assembly surface at the side of the machine. After locking the position of the linear guide rail, use a certain amount of torque to sequentially lock the fixed screw edge, and press the bottom reference plane of the linear guide rail tightly against the assembly surface at the bottom of the bed.
2、 Installation of linear guide rail on the driven side
1. Mobile Platform Method
Fix the two sliding blocks on the reference side on a measuring platform, while only one sliding block is installed on the driven side. At this time, both the linear guide rail and the sliding block have not been fully locked on the machine. Use a micrometer attached to the top surface of the driven side sliding block to measure the side reference plane of the driven side sliding block. Start from one end of the linear guide rail and calibrate it to lock the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence.
2. Imitate the base side sliding rail method
Fix the two sliders of the reference side linear guide rail and one of the sliders of the driven side guide rail to the platform, and then roughly fix the slide rail of the driven side and the other slide rail to the bed and platform respectively. Move the platform based on the reference side slide rail. Starting from one end of the slide rail, confirm the rolling resistance of the driven side linear guide rail while locking the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence.
3. Linear block gauge method
Place the linear block gauge between two linear guide rails, use a micrometer to calibrate the linear block gauge so that it is parallel to the side reference plane of the reference side slide rail, and then calibrate the driven side slide rail according to the linear block gauge. Start calibrating one end of the driven rail and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence

Use a special tool to determine the position of the driven side slide rail and lock the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence
